Constitutional Connection:

Amendment V, "Details the concepts of indictments, due process, self-incrimination, double jeopardy, rules for eminent domain"

Explaination of Connection:

The government is suppose to give you due process in all trials.  In this case, a principle was dismissed from being a principle at Julian high School for not focusing on the education of the children and maintaining a safe learning environment.  This year, she has been admitted to go back to her school because Ron Huberman soon found out that she was not granted due process before  she was dismissed from being principle at Julian High school.
This article clearly demonstrates Amendment V of the United States Constitution.  All government trials in the US are suppose to allow all people due process.  This is the fairness of law and legal proceedings.  The Constitution  states that the "basic rights of land, life, and liberty" cannot be taken away by the government.
I believe that it was very wrong to fire her from her position as a principle for a year without giving her the basic rights.  She has been out of work for a whole year and that is very unfair.
